NICKY BLAZE TALKS WITH JUGGLA SLAM BAM #PRIMTIME

Juggla is undoubtedly one of my favorite artist. There is never a dull moment when he is around. Charismatic, creative and very talented. Yall already no that. dont it?!!?

Juggla's every where! On stage, ON screen and all over the media scene.

Check it out....

So thanks for taking the time out to do this interview with me. Lets get started. Juggla is the name because you have multiple personalities or multiple talents?

Multiple talents

Remind everyone about your first big break?

Magnum kings and queen

You seem to be touring a lot. What's your fondest memory performing while on tour?

In the us virgin Islands when a group of women pulled me from the stage and lifted me in the air for at least a minute

How do you handle mistakes while performing?

I continue without anyone recognizing.  It's a craft well mastered so only me and my engineer would know. I just incorporate it in the performance

I had the privilege of hearing your quarter pound chasemills records while at FLEXXFM.com radio station and I think I ran out of money, pulling up this track. Love it yo!. Tell us the inspiration behind this track and what has the feed back been like?

The inspiration came from the beat. It had a reflection of a track by Pupa Lee and Rapper and I twisted it to support the name of the riddim which is also quarter pound. Di people dem love it!

How do you handle your music career and other obligations (family)?

It's easy because I have a supportive family who understand my absence but I always get excited about going back home to them

I know you a have a lot of hits, but which song are you most proud of?

That's a tough one because all my songs have different impacts but the song I passed my audition at Magnum kings and Queen with was the song that brought life to everything that's happening now, I have never recorded it but it's called "Every gal Ina the world/my wish" then a "Gun fi gal" that song gave me a solid fan base..

I have one thing to say and you tell your fans what it means #primetime?

It means the most significant moment

Whats next for Juggla?

Continual recording, doing videos and working on that massive break

What advise do you have to give for someone who wants to do music but is discourage because the family is not supportive?

You as an individual  is your biggest supporter so from you believe in your passion your family will eventually get it.

NICKY BLAZE REVIEWS LEE KELLY'S EARTHSTRONG SHOW!!!!!!

Lee Kelly Earth Strong review....

Had the opportunity to Host and interact with some of the artist on this show and as far as i am concerned, if the performances were graded, they would have received the highest scores. Two thumbs up!!!!! Yes, the show started late but it was worth the wait.

DWAHS opened the show with back to back hits, that had the guest dancing and gyrating to the rhythms they strewn from their instruments. This is a band that could listen to all night. I fell in love with the live band atmosphere. With Mic in my hand, I danced and danced but couldn't out do the gentleman who seem like he was having an seizure when in fact he was hypnotize by the sweet sound of DWAHS. "Sting dem DWAHS Sting dem"

Recording artist Blade Martin serenaded the ladies with his sweet melodies. He is one to look out for and follow. Sassica followed and her voice is as exotic as her name. Guest got the chance to listen to her sing acapella which was well received.

The second half of the show went off with out a hitch. Nkruma da real
opened this segment. He delivered as expected. This is a man that inspires everyone to be "Go getters" and you have to follow him on Facebook @Nkruma da real. Talk about sure of himself and his talent, he was born with it, so you betta believe he's going to make use of it.

Colin roach was next to perform and can I tell you fam, that i was so impressed with his performance. Not becasue i felt as tho he was singing to me but he took me down memory lane. He made it look so easy. Goes to show that he's a veteran in the biz.

Then it was time for the man of the hour Lee Kelly. Ladies!!!!!! I swear his voice traveled from the crown of my head to the bottom of my feet. he gave me shivers. Good shivers. Where have you been all my life!!!!!!! I was pleasantly surprise. why? becasue I've never had the opportunity to check him out live before. I'm so glad that jah bless me with the opportunity to be there to listen and witness his performance. Shout out to his sister who surprised him (from NYC) and they did a song together that was well received by the audience. Talent run ina dah family deh. cant lie no sah!!!!!

sumaddi say "TORO TORO" yup Fort lauderdale's own super star County speng aka Speng Beng closed the show. Speng brings this energy with him, old school is what 'I'm going to call. Bad man ting is what I'm going to call it. Even tho it doesn't matter what I call it cause everyone enjoyed it. You cant go wrong with Speng Beng on your show. This artist knows how to "siddung pon a riddim" Make sure you follow speng on facebook @Speng Beng"

I love my Fort Lauderdale's artist dem. i wish the community would start coming out to these events and support our own just as how they would support the artist that fly in from outta town. We have talented artist here that can deliver.

Many will say who am I to make such a statement. Well I am a lover a great music and a loyal fan to the artists here in south Florida. #fiwiartist #flexxfmradio #nickyblazepromotions

shout out the Don man for helping to host the event as well. Shout out to all the sponsors, supporters and other artist in the building. Forgive me if i didn't mention all. Go check out the pictures...

NICKY BLAZE 1 ON 1 WITH ZELLY " ZEEPEE RECORDS"

Zeepee Records is ?

An independent record company/record label.

What inspired you to create this record label/studio?

My partner and I have been recording, mixing and producing for other people for many years, so we felt it is time to do for ourselves.

How long have you been in the business?

For over 25 years.

What artist are you currently working with? are you actively looking for new artist?

We are currently working with Marcia J. Ball, Ambelique, Shauna, Joanna Marie, Country Speng, Raga Z, Hal Anthony, Ray-Nelle, Coretta Francis-Lofters and a few others in the near future.

What does Zeepee Records look for in an artist before signing or voicing
them.

We look for artiste with potential. An artiste who can be told, lets try it this way, lets do this, lets try that. One who can be groomed and is willing to learn and be a team player. Our artiste all work together and help each other in whatever way they can. You have to be a team player.

You have an extremely powerful presence in south Florida Caribbean media. How do you use that platform to try and instigate positive change in this industry?

Social media is now probably the best and most effective way to get messages across to people. By sending positive messages by way of the music we produce, we should be able to help in making positive changes which the industry so greatly needs.

Being head of a label must be a hard and exhausting job sometimes. Have there ever been a time where you wished you wouldn't have become label owner, or do you always enjoy it, no matter how much work it is?
The first thing in getting into the recording industry is loving what you are doing. If you don’t love it, leave it alone. I enjoy doing what I do, so everything else comes after. For me it’s not just work, it is fun.

Are you locked into a specific genre of music?

Definitely not. Music is music. Zeepee Records is open to all genre of music.

What genre of music do you enjoy recording?

Reggae

What artist would you love to work with that you haven't work with as yet?

None that I can think of.
